WARRANTY POLICY

 

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of UNDER POWER STEERING

Our Warranty applies to physical goods that require a core return, and only certain items that specified warranty, purchased from UNDER POWER STEERING

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

This Warranty covers any defects found on the item or if the item fails under normal use during the Warranty Period. It excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation.

During the Warranty Period UNDER POWER STEERING will repair or replace, at no charge if this product that proves defective because of defects or fails, under normal use and maintenance.

WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS?

UNDER POWER STEERING will either repair the Product (if repairable) at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. Please keep in mind we do not pay for shipping to send a replacement.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

THIS ONLY APPLIES IF YOU HAVE RETURNED YOUR CORE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM

1)      RETURN THE WARRANTY ITEM

You must return the item to us first for a replacement. (Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees) Once the return is received, inspected, and tested (usually within 2-3 business days) we will notify you via email or phone about your part. Please keep in mind, if the item is found with any improper play, damaged in an accident, worn out threads, bent, broken, or missing pieces. Caused by customers’ abuse, or your mechanic’s negligence, mishandling, or improper installation. We will not send back a replacement! A full purchased must be made again, plus any additional shipping fees.

2)      A REPLACEMENT ITEM SENT IN ADVANCE.

You must pay a holding amount of the full purchased price plus any additional shipping fee’s that are applied. Once the return is received, inspected, and tested (usually within 2-3 business days) we will notify you via email or phone about your part .Please keep in mind, if the item is found with any improper play, damaged in an accident, worn out threads, bent, broken, or missing pieces. Caused by customers’ abuse, or your mechanic’s negligence, mishandling, or improper installation. The holding deposit will not be returned! If item is found without any of the above. Your holding deposit will be return and issued to your credit/debit card within 1-2 business days. keep in mind, depending on your credit card company it may take an additional 2-7 business days for the refund to post to your account  

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from UNDER POWER STEERING is 1 year from the date of purchase except for used parts (30 days only)

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

 

WHAT DOES OUR WARRANTY NOT COVER?

The Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. If item is found with any improper play, damaged in an accident, worn out threads, bent, broken, or missing pieces. That are caused by customers’ abuse, your mechanic’s negligence, mishandling, or improper installation, we will not send back a replacement
